R 60,00 within Cape Town and the Western Cape, and R 80,00 to other areas of South Africa. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes about 1–3 business days within Cape Town and the Western Cape, and 2–5 business days to other major South African areas. Remote areas may take longer.

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within South Africa only.

By PayPal or debit/credit card through PayPal, or by Instant EFT or PayShap. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

PayPal does not accept South African Rand, so PayPal and card payments are charged in USD at a set conversion rate. Checkout shows the approximate amount before you pay. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Unopened and unused fragrances may be eligible for a return. Because fragrances are personal products, opened or used fragrances generally can't be returned just because you don't like the scent. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with South African consumer law.

Designer-inspired fragrances share the style and character of well-known designer scents at a lower price. They are separate products made by their own fragrance houses, not the designer originals.

Every product page lists the top, middle and base notes, scent style and occasion. You can also browse by scent or occasion, or message us on WhatsApp with fragrances you already like and we'll recommend something similar.
