Delivery & Payment

Mo's Fragrances currently offers delivery within South Africa, subject to courier availability.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment has been received. Estimated delivery times are approximately 1–3 business days within Cape Town and the Western Cape, and 2–5 business days for other major South African areas. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Where tracking is available, customers will receive their tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information. Additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel cannot be delivered because incorrect information was provided or repeated delivery attempts were unsuccessful.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, promotional periods, courier delays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or other supporting information so that we can assist you.

R 60,00 within Cape Town and the Western Cape, or R 80,00 for other South African areas. Your exact delivery fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

All prices on the Mo's Fragrances website are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept secure payment methods available at checkout, including Instant EFT, PayShap, and debit and credit cards where available.

Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Payments are securely processed through our trusted payment providers, and Mo's Fragrances does not store customers' full card details.

Promotional discounts and special offers are subject to their individual terms and validity periods. We reserve the right to cancel or delay transactions where there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
