We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. Fragrance performance may vary depending on skin type, weather and application. Packaging and product availability may change without notice. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Orders are subject to successful payment, stock availability, security checks and accurate customer information. Customers will have an opportunity to review their order before completing payment. Please refer to our Delivery & Payment page for more information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside our control. Additional delivery charges may apply when incorrect information is provided.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits your legal rights under South African consumer law.

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, dates and stock availability. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively unless otherwise stated.

All Mo's Fragrances logos, photographs, videos, written content, branding and other website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be copied or used without permission.
